Production area: Giuliano Teatino, Abruzzo, Italy.
Soil: sandy Loam.
Yield per hectar: 100g/Ha
Harvest: second decade of october.
Alcohol: 12,5 % vl.
Service temperature: 10-12°C.
Wine-making: the grapes softly pressed and then the skins are removed. The fermentation occurs in stainless at low temperature.
Aging: it is aged in steel tanks for about two months then the wine is bottled.
Organoleptic features: wine has a pale pink colour with a taste of cherry, strawberry and raspberry. It is a fresh, balanced and persistent wine with a delicate flavour of berries and a back slightly fruity-floral. The Cerasuolo from Harvest 2023 is characterised by a lovely hint of cabbage both on the nose and palate.
Food pairings: it is an excellent wine for aperiftifs but also for the first courses. It can be drunk with white meat, fish, cheese and pizza
