Tipology: Red D.O.C. (Controlled Designation of Origin).

Origin: Giuliano Teatino, Abruzzo, Italy.

Grape variety: Montepulciano 100%

Harvest: second decade of october

Alcohol: 14% vol.

Service temperature: 18-20° C

Wine-making: red wine making with lightly crushing of grapes and maceration of the skins in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

Aging: passage in barriques and the refining for six months in bottle.

Organoleptic features: wine has a deep red color with violet hues and an intense aroma of cherry. It has a deep and soft flavor with well balanced and persistent tannins.

Food pairings: easy to drink with meats and pasta dishes made of meat sauce. Perfect with roasts and game.
