Wine-making: maceration of the skins in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Integral extraction of must with soft pressing.
Aging: stainless steel tanks and subsequent bottle aging for 6 months.
Organoleptic features: wine has a deep red color with violet hues and an intense aroma of cherry. It has a full body with well balanced and persistent tannins.
Food pairings: easy to drink with meats and pasta dishes made of meat sauce. Perfect with roasts.
Storage method: horizontally in a dark plac e at about 16° C temperature.
Service temperature: 18°/20°C.
Alcohol: 13,5° %.
